Customers may cancel their service subscriptions or one-time service purchases under the following conditions:

• For Monthly or Recurring Subscriptions:
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Customers can cancel their subscription through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at apps@parextech.com.
• For One-Time Services:
  • Cancellations will not be possible for any one-time services requested on our app.

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• For Monthly or Recurring Subscriptions:
  • We provide a 7-day free trial on our apps. If the plan is cancelled within this time, no charges will be applied to the account.
  • If a customer cancels within 1 day of the first payment and has not used the service, they are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service after that time or after a renewal.
• For One-Time Services:
  • If the service has already commenced or been completed, refunds may not be available.
• For Technical Issues or Service Failures:
  • If the service fails to be delivered as described due to a fault on our end, we will offer either a correction of the issue or a full/partial refund depending on the situation.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team at apps@parextech.com with the following details:

• Store detials or Account ID
• Reason for cancellation or refund request
• Any relevant supporting information

We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.

Certain services may have specific cancellation and refund terms that override this general policy. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
